LAKEMORE The Springfield Local Schools Board of Education decided April 18 it was “unreasonable, uneconomical and/or impractical” under current conditions to provide student transportation to outside school districts. These outside districts in-clude: Bio-Med Science Academy in Rootstown, Cornerstone Community School in Tallmadge, Canton Central Catholic, Lake Center Christian School, Archbishop Hoban High School in
