bci and west lake police are out here investigating. they ve been out here all day long. so a very active scene. again, some of those roads are still closed up. that s important to note. devin robbed a cvs. he crashed and according to police struck an officers vehicle. that s when shots were fired. it s unclear if the man fired or just police. west lake police say a weapon or very realistic looking weapon has been recovered from the car. we know two officers fired weapons in this incident and while crews made life saving attempts at the scene he was pronounced dead at the hospital. the officials say the use of tonight, but captain guy tuner told us he may have been connected to several other robberies in the area. the cleveland fbi are saying the same thing. if you re a west cider or living in west lake and headed out from work or somewhere tonight, this area is still a very active scene. column bee i can t, maybe leer, if you can avoid crocker park, this investigation is on
