Staff Writer CCCTC board members got a chance to look at the new lobby and adult student restrooms at the board meeting in November. (Salem News photo by Deanne Johnson) LISBON A construction project at the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center from this past summer and fall came in nearly $50,000 under budget as the board approved final change orders at Tuesday’s meeting. The project included remodeling the lobby area where visitors enter the building and creating new restrooms for the adult education students, both of which the board toured at the meeting in November. While Graft Electric came in $6,874 more than the initial contract, the three other contractors came in under budget. JP Plumbing was $10,000 under, while United Contractors of Northeast Ohio was $26,750 under and York Mahoning Mechanical Contractors Inc. was $20,000 under budget.
