Is arrested. Ruben gonzalez facing 47 charges of sex crimes including children living in his home. He was arrested last month. But now police and School Official in Contra Costa County are worried there may be more victims. Why . Because gone dallass job required contact with children. Part of why we are putting the Media Release out is because if there are other victims i would like that they might have the strength to come forward. Reporter come forward and identify 60yearold ruben gonzalez. Tonight Pinole Police detective arrested him at his only after just after a week ago after a brief investigation. We were alerted by Child Protective Services who went to school to contact one of our victims. Reporter police soon discovered there were at least four victims. All refuse tiffs, and police say the abuse spanned over a 15year period. Its been a team effort. Through that we have been able to establish that he did work at a school. Icu, a nineyearold in Critical Condition and they do not know what caused it. It was a panic thing, and she was sweating and crying. Reporter at the womens building in the mission it is quiet while they set up for the party tonight, but last night it was chaotic. They were crying, into a three kids were sick and could not breathe. And then the ambulance and the police came in. Reporter did you have any sense or did you hear what could have caused the poisoning . I have an idea. Reporter the San Francisco Fire Department said the patients had swollen tongues, rashes and shortness of breath, and they believe that the candy may have been tainted. We cannot come to the conclusion as to the actual substance but we have the commonality of all 14 patients, they ate the gummy candy.
