Reporter the taxi driver worked for national cab and it is a very somber day here. Other drivers wouldnt comment on who the victim is. It was not his fault. This is what remained of the two cars that slammed into each other. On the left, a volkswagen sedan, chp says the female driver was the solo passenger in the car and driving the wrongway on northbound 101 when she crashed into a taxi killing the driver, two passengers, and herself. At this time, we are looking into whether seat belts were being used within that taxicab. It does appear one of the passengers was ejected from the vehicle due to the collision. But we do not know if drugs or alcohol were involved. That is something we do take a look at

Reporter when the gunman opened fire inside the First Baptist church behind it, police say it was an ambush on a stunned congregation praying in their pews the pastor and his wife returned from out of town to talk about the deadly shooting at their Church Sunday that killed 26 people including their 14yearold daughter annabel. One thing that gives me a shiver of encouragement is the fact that bell was surrounded yesterday by her Church Family that she loved fiercely. The victims ranged in age from 18 months to 77yearold. Investigators identified the gunman as 26yearold devin kelley who lived 35 miles away. It was just so much gunfire. Authorities say he opened fire on the church, went inside and kept firing his assault rifle. When he left the church, a man who lives across the street engaged the shooter got in his truck.
