The suspect was identified and arrested after the Dane County Sheriff s Office found her driving in the town of Dunn and pursued her vehicle, police said.
The driver, a 43-year-old man, refused to get out of his vehicle while it started to smoke, and officers had to physically remove him, Madison police said.
