He had been holed up on ethics charges for professional misconduct. And that drama came to an end today when the Kansas Supreme Court finally took away his license to practice law. They took his license and he was the attorney general of that state. The real drama in this case has always been that this phil klein event has been taking place against the backdrop of just incredible violence in kansas.
