right now, tropical storm hilary is barreling towards the u.s. after making landfall in mexico s baja peninsula deception bracing for heavy rainfall and flooding, this is what you re seeing right here. it s a live look at los angeles, but it s been raining for much of the day. that s where the danger is for the storm. all of the rain is expected to bring flash flooding across the region. major flooding and damage reported in mexico s historic city authorities confirm at least one person died in that city. tropical storm warnings and flash flood warnings increase up and down southern california s coast between san diego and los angeles. the streets have already started flooding. meteorologists predict the region could see ten inches of, rain what three ages of rain could fall per hour. joining us now with the latest, nbc s liz, before we get to the latest, actually getting reports of an earthquake in southern california. what can you tell us about that? it s pretty wil
