Somewhere new to live. A raging Apartment Fire forced them out of their homes this morning. Took more than 100 firefighters to get things under control. We talked to neighbors who said they smelled smoke, went outside, and saw an Apartment Building completely engulfed in flames. You cant see the building, its just beyond that one. This is the second location involving the story. We got a call from Montgomery County police in the twin brooks metro station where they got report of attempted kidnapping there. Also got details about a possible vehicle involved. A white suv, perhaps pulling a trailer, found that a mile from the scene, near bradley avenue where we are right now. As you can see, investigators from rockville Still Holding the scene this morning. In that vehicle, police were able to apprehend a couple the neighbor who said she saw all of this happen and did not know what to make of it. Take a listen to that.
