This happened yesterday not too far from the cal state east bay campus. Christy smith is live near that campus and also how this escalated to a police shooting. Reporter yeah, thats right. He got into another vehicle and was about a car length away when that suspect pulled a gun. I thought i heard my truck start up, so then i went out to see what was going on.
