The good times were rolling at the Texan Theater Saturday night as Kilgore Men & Women of Alliance held their annual Mardi Gras event.
Revelers wearing masks, beads, bright colors and accessories in the traditional Mardi Gras colors of purple, green and gold danced the night away and enjoyed king cake and cocktails. KMWA held their first Mardi Gras event in 2022 and the event has grown considerably since then.
The Kilgore Police Department helped bring some much-needed relief from the current heat wave Friday morning at Kilgore Boys & Girls Club on Harris Street.
