The Cathaoirleach of Killarney Municipal District is organising an emergency meeting for councillors over the long-awaited Kilcummin Sewerage Scheme.
Brendan Cronin took the decision as disappointment was expressed over details of the €9 million scheme by Irish Water, which is due to begin at the end of next year.
Local Labour Cllr Marie Moloney says householders in the Knockataggle, Rathanane roads and GAA clubhouse area are unhappy that they won t be included in the scheme.

Irish Water says there wasn t enough demand to include them.
Cllr Marie Moloney is concerned by the spiralling cost of the badly-needed project and has lost faith in the utility s ability to deliver it: ....
