Boucher replaces Justice Louise Gauthier, also of Greater Sudbury, who elected to become a supernumerary judge in August of 2017. A native of Kapuskasing, the bilingual Boucher received his B.A. (Hons) from McGill University and his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa. He entered private practice and spent most of his time in family and criminal litigation in Cochrane North. ....
