However, he was apparently one of the people calling 911 reporting the fire. This video shows what barnstead firefighters fouhe about 50 to 60 feet out of the roof. Ray the fire was reported around 11 00 monday night and quickly went to three alarms. The building was totally involved upon arrival. There was fire coming out everywhere. Ray according to a neighbor a man and a woman lived at the house. Firefighters say they found a man outside on arrival. He was taken to the hospital. He was found guilty of sexually assaulting a 15yearold girl in 2015. Wmurs Kristen Carosa is live in concord with details from the hearing. Kristen this mornings hearing essentially started the process of figuring out if owen labrie had ineffective counsel during his trial and if he did, a new trial date would be set. Labrie could be seen walking into court this morning accompanied by his parents and his new defense attorney robin melone of nashua. Labrie was found guilty in 2015 of misdemeanor sex assault. His victim was a then15yearold girl. Labrie was sentenced to one year in jail. He was released on bail pending his appeal. A few months later, the state filed a motion to revoke bail based on allegations that he had violated his curfew. Labrie served two months in jail and is now back home with is family in vermont with a monitoring bracelet. At todays hearing, both the state and labries defense attorney discussed dates for a wellestablished process for litigating ineffective claims
