DIMAPUR A foundation stone for construction of a community hall at New Reserve Colony comprising Diary Farm, New Reserve, and Phesa Basa under Kohima Ward 16 was unveiled by Beizo M Kuotsu, chairman of Phesama village council, on April 21.
The foundation stone for Community Hall of New Reserve colony (Diary Farm), New Reserve, Phesa Basa under Ward 16 Kohima was laid on Friday by chairman, Phesama, Beizo M Kuotsu Village Council on Friday after a dedicatory prayer by Police Union Baptist Church, Rev. Vesotsü Rhakho. Speaking as the special guest, Koutsu lauded the colony leaders for working in unity and having the vision to develop and work for the betterment of the colony.
