The foundation stone for Community Hall of New Reserve colony (Diary Farm), New Reserve, Phesa Basa under Ward 16 Kohima was laid on Friday by chairman, Phesama, Beizo M Kuotsu Village Council on Friday after a dedicatory prayer by Police Union Baptist Church, Rev.
