They went over the loudspeaker and they called out for the metro police and said some code and a minute or two later they told everyone we needed to get off the train. Reporter the caller asked not to be identified. She lives in Silver Spring and was on the red line headed downtown when someone opened fire before 3 00 this afternoon. A teenage male was shot on the train as it was headed to the takoma station platform. He was about 30 yards away. People were crowding.
