reporter: we just got an update from tempe police. they tell us the 2-year-old twins, a boy and girl, are being treated here and in very serious conditions condition and it sounds like progress because firefighters tell us when they got here they were still doing c pr on the twins, not breathing on their own at that point. it happened sometime around 11:00 in the morning. police say both parents were home at the time, but at some point the toddlers got out of the home, into their backyard and into the hot tub thation around it. we heard it once, we ve heard it hundreds of times. it only takes a few siksdz of in it in attention. toddlers are very very mobile and they will find a way out into the yard. reporter: and it s not known exactly how long the twins were under water. police tell us that right now they are still at the scene investigating and the parents are being cooperative. but right now as the toddlers are being treated at this this a horrible accident, ....
