A Taste of Qigong  Qigong will return at 9 a.m. Tuesdays July 6 through Aug. 10. Thousands of years old, qigong (ʺchee‐ gungʺ) is the practice of cultivating mental and physical balance through the coordination of breath, movement and awareness. Simpler than taiji (which combines aspects of qigong and Chinese kung fu), qigong can be practiced throughout one s life to promote overall health and well‐being. This class is free, but to register, call 617-730-2770.
