A stop order issued to Streets Alive Mission has been revoked after the City of Lethbridge s subdivision and development appeal board found alleged contravening activities fall within the religious assembly zoning.
More than 300 people filled Lethbridge city council chambers and city hall s foyer Thursday as Streets Alive Mission went before the subdivision and development appeal board to fight a stop order it was issued in October.
Streets Alive Mission operates under a Religious Assembly Development Permit, but the City of Lethbridge indicates the religious organization is operating outside its permit.
