This morning we chatted with
Kelly Heysinger, board member for
Miracle League of Dubuque, who filled us in on who and what their organization is all about.
Kelly said the
Miracle League of Dubuque is an all-inclusive baseball field and playground for people of all abilities.
The field is located at 2970 Miracle League Drive in Veteran s Memorial Park (by Wahlert Catholic High School). The board was organized about 5 years ago when the idea came forward to create the field giving residents of all abilities to play. The park was added on in the last 2 years. ....
