Even though the winds arent quite as strong were looking at severe wind chills. Feels like 1 degree below zero in philadelphia, three below zero in allentown, four ....

And 16 in cape may and once again its those wind chills that are really the problem with winds building now into the teens in some neighborhoods, it feels like its 3 degrees below zero in philadelphia, very similar to this time yesterday morning. 1 degree below zero in trenton. A wind chill of two down in allentown. Five below zero in reading. Three below in wilmington. Millvilles at zero and cape may at four. As we go through the day, sunshine but temperatures remaining very cold. It looks like well stop in the mid20s. This model has 24. Im going to go 26 for a high. Either way the wind chills are going to make it feel a lot worse. Were looking at single digit wind chills probably through about lunchtime or so and then stopping at about 12 this afternoon. You have to bundle up but cover up. Lots of layers as you head outside today. Possible noreaster coming for wednesday night ....
Having moving forward. Reporter many of the students are angry in the wake of racist stunts like pumpkins carve the to feature kkk initials and swastikas. At this 50 percent black high school they do not believe the administration is cracking down on the racial intimidation. There was a recent doll hanging and also a racial slurs written on a pumpkin. Were taking a stand by ourself without administration to show were not standing by it. Reporter a number of parents came out to support the Student Action saying it is long past due. The racial tension, the Racial Injustice thats going on here at the school, you know, the kids feel like they dont have a voice. They feel like theyre being intimidated. After much debate and public outcry its been announced that the frank rizzo statue is moving from the place it has stood for more than three decades. And now to the citys decision to relocate that statue from its current spot in front of the Municipal Services building. For some philadelphians the statue of the mayor represents a mayor of division and discrimination and those beliefs led to many protests demanding the statue be removed.
