The sound you hear is the solidified portions crackling and making their way through the vacuum tube. This new stretch of damage is about 150 to00 feet long and about 3 feet wide. It sits upcreek from where crews were cleaning yesterday. But its still below the valve that was left open when this pour initially happened. Now, were told that because it has solidified, crews are chipping away at the foamy concrete so it can be sucked out. East bay m. U. D.
