It seems only fair that they consider Work Programme efforts that would include all the things that the department wants to do that are up for funding consideration and right now everything the Commission Wants to do, plus everything the public wants to have included. And then take Public Comments before considering the options that will actually become funded. Im sure the commissioners and members of the public have worthwhile ideas of Work Programme efforts they would like to add and im hoping the process can be opened up to ensure fairness and a good outcome for all of us who live and work here. Memo that i just noticed recently, starting on page 28 from the office of Commission Affairs and whats happening with the records. My overall point is who determines what gets scanned. Is everything going to get scanned . For example, when you go look at the file, sometimes there are three cadexs. One is a docket copy. One is a copy without a date. One is a copy with a date. Sometimes theres a copy because it has been amended. Im talking about when people want to go review the files to understand a project. That is something ive done for the last four years. Other people have done it. And the City Attorney may have to do it at some point and certainly the lawyers who often sit in the back of the room who are downtown or wherever, they may have to do it.
