It has also been instructed to make 50 oxygen beds operational. As per the plan, apart from the 50 oxygen beds, 300 additional beds will be utilised as an isolation facility. The centre is located inside Late Vithoba Pathare Sports Complex –cum-auditorium in Kharadi Gaothan area located just a few meters away from the Eon IT Park and Magarpatta-Kharadi Road.

Expressing their objections to the changed directives, candidates have written to Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, urging him to reconsider the decision. As per the new MPSC mandates, it has been decided to limit the maximum number of attempts to six for open category candidates, while aspirants from reserved categories could attempt for nine times at the most to clear the papers.
