Alyx Des Moines Police investigating another homicide in the city. Around 2 00 this morning officers responded to 2020 east 14th street. When officers arrived they found an adult male deceased inside the home. When other person has been transported to the hospital for treatment. Witnesses are being interviewed and police are processing the scene. Right now, the fbi says it is now investigating the california mass shooting that left 14 dead and 21 wounded, as an act of terrorism. 3 Sioux City Police have arrested three people in connection with a series of burglaries in town. 19 year old Wiley Spencer and 18 year olds Kelly Kuester and Marcos Guthridge were arrested yesterday afternoon after a search of the car they were in turned up meth and thousands of dollars worth of stolen items. Theyre facing charges of 2nd degree theft, possession of burglary tools and possession of drugs. Spencer remains in the Woodbury County jail on a 7 thousand dollar bond. 3 a Buena Vista County woman is in jail tonight on charges of sexually assaulting a 12 year old. The Buena Vista County Sheriffs Office says 33 year old Barbara Meseck of albert city is facing a charge of 3rd degree sexual abuse. She was arrested after deputies investigated a report of sexual abuse at her home tuesday evening. Police say she stabbed her boyfriend durinan argument while driving him to work at the C F Industries plant at port neal. He suffered non life threatening injuries.
