3 Sioux City Police have arrested three people in connection with a series of burglaries in town. 19 year old Wiley Spencer and 18 year olds Kelly Kuester and Marcos Guthridge were arrested yesterday afternoon after a search of the car they were in turned up meth and thousands of dollars worth of stolen items. Theyre facing charges of 2nd degree theft, possession of burglary tools and possession of drugs. Spencer remains in the Woodbury County jail on a 7 thousand dollar bond. 3 a Buena Vista County woman is in jail tonight on charges of sexually assaulting a 12 year old. The Buena Vista CountySheriffs Office says 33 year old Barbara Meseck of albert city is facing a charge of 3rd degree sexual abuse. She was arrested after deputies investigated a report of sexual abuse at her home tuesday evening.
