It is 33 degrees right now in boston. 29 in worcester. 31 concord. So its a chilly start out there plus youve got to factor in them yesterday. Well, theyre still sustained this morning at about 18 miles an hour in worcester, at about tublght. And its making it feel like the teens in worcester, like 16 there, like 17 in pittsfield.
