New Delhi: A senior judge of the Calcutta high court has, in an unprecedented move, written a letter to all judges of the court â including the acting Chief Justice Rajesh Bindal â questioning the manner in which the transfer plea of the CBI was listed before a division bench in the Narada case and the staying of bail granted by a CBI court to four politicians, including two West Bengal ministers.
