it won t be all rain all the time. there was little or no rain over the area. this morning it is confined to delaware. the atmosphere is misty out there. this afternoon we may pick up a thunderstorm. we ll detail it all in just a minute. one of those places is a city dock in annapolis. kai reid has more. it will be a few feet deep. it will roll in and out and then it is back to selling hotdogs. flooding here happens so often the owner expects it and works around it. now it is a regular occurrence. a couple times a month. houfers after the water receded for the day, you can still find deep puddles on dock street. businesses have dealt with flooding every day this week. department of public works warns flooding could reach three feet and gave owners sandbags. i have noticed a decline in business. business owners may be used to the problem, but it is a costly annoyance. our biggest concern is that is deterns customers. they keep us informed. we ll prepare a ....
