TROY, N.Y. — Troy police confirm they ve made a second arrest in connection with the shooting death of Zeondre Domingo, 23, of Troy. This comes nearly a week after police announced the arrest of Nahsone Pinn, 20, of Troy, in connection with the homicide.
Domingo was shot and killed in the early evening of Aug. 17 near the intersection of Adams and 4th streets. Detectives devoted much time and effort to this investigation and with the aid of partner law enforcement agencies built a solid case to present to the district attorney.

The Rensselaer County District Attorney’s Office presented the case to a grand jury resulting in the Indictment of a second participant that was 17 at the time of the crime. He is from Troy and is already in custody on an unrelated charge. The teen male was arrested and processed on these new charges at a youth facility in Western New York. ....
