Kni knit. Crews have been busy in frederick, maryland, clearing them away. Some fell on streets and roadways and making matters worse, a transformer off rose mond avenue exploded leaving dozens of homes and businesses in the dark. Our neighbors in baltimore are dealing with fallout from the ice storm. This was the seem this morning. Power Companies Say it may take another day or so to restore electricity to the thousands of customers still doing without it. Metro is investigating whether a bus accident yesterday was caused by ice on the roads. The m9 bus was headed to Congress Heights when it crashed at 4th street and atlanta avenue southeast. Two people taken to the hospital and expect to be okay. And the bus driver hit a patch of ice and skidded into a tree. 14 people on the with us at the time of that crash.
