As well no problems northbound. Rest of our drive times and look at our majors that tend to jam up in the morning hours, good so far on 95 southbound into the center city area. 13 minutes. Same drive time on the schuylkill if youre headed into center city. Currently no problems on the blue route. More drive times and more cameras coming up. New from overnight, gun violence has police in philadelphia and camden investigating a total of four shootings. Two of those shootings were deadly. Honestly, because i dont know how much Health Insurance is, but i know its a lot more than that. Charles and news anchor shelby holiday asked a bunch of people and shels what you found out about this . A lot of young people are worried about the cost. And the bottom line is the government needs 2. 7 million young adults to enroll in health care for the math to shake out and for the system to work. The problem is cost has always been a big, big issue for young people and premiums have risen for young people with the Affordable Care act. So, i think one issue is theres a little bit of a health care literacy, young people dont know how health care works, but the other issue is cost, when you hear you can pay a 95 fine or hundreds of dollars a month for Health Insurance they want too push the easy button and pay
