The injuries were not life-threatening, the police said. Josh Betters, 33, had multiple stab wounds. He told the police that he was walking down North Main Street when he was attacked by a man. Betters said his assailant fled in a gray Caravan on North Main Street towards the Pawtucket line. Officers then saw another man, Roy Connors, with a minor knife cut. Connors told them that Betters and Betters s girlfriend, Kimberly Gilbert, drove to the apparent building, and was attacked in the front entrance foyer by an unidentified man with a knife who later fled.
