Police were on the scene this morning in front of a pub located on west according to the worcester telegram and gazette two were taken away by ambulance and one was shot in the leg. At this point no exact word on their conditions three massachusetts state troopers are off the job this morning as the demartment investigates a weapons transfer. The troopers work at the Department Armory and Authorities Say they were suspended without pay after transferring some extra weapons to an outside vendor. Now, last month, the police union and the mayor and the Police Commissioner agreed to a voluntary Pilot Program where Police Officers would wear body cameras. But the thing is no volunteers stepped up. So the commissioner made the program mandatory. And the police union sued, saying the city had to bar gain with them on this matter. Now that they are making it mandatory. But the Court Decision came down today. Again, denying the motion by the police union. Saying that the commissioner. The statute grants the commissioner power. The test Pilot Program will go forward. The court did say that still can be arbitrated and bargained. But that the test Pilot Program should not be stopped minutes ago, talking about this.
