Wmurs ray brewer joins us in the studio with new details on what was going on in bourgoins life leading up to the crash. Ray well, Court Documents filed in support of the charges say that Steven Bourgoin was facing foreclosure and was also dealing with domestic and child custody issues. Investigators say bourgoin was also suffering from post Traumatic Stress disorder, and the morning of the crash went to the hospital three times but was never evaluated. Appearing to be barely conscious, 36yearold Steven Bourgoin was wheeled into a hospital Conference Room for his arraignment.
