By MATT PIKE St. Joseph Post Efforts to clean up St. Joseph have been going on for several years, and the St. Joseph City Council is putting forth efforts to help in that mission. Second District Councilmember Andy Trout says along with new infrastructure projects, there are several other projects in place to clean up the city "There's been a lot of street projects, a lot of historic restoration projects, a lot of structures that could not be saved have been demolished just because they're dangerous," Trout tells host of the KFEQ Hotline Barry Birr. "So, I think along those lines we've done well." Trout says on top of projects to revitalize and remove buildings, cleanup crews have been out all over St. Joseph over the past months working to better the look of the city.
