Greensboro police said one-year-old Josea was in his dad s car at a gas station on South Elm-Eugene Street this past Saturday when two men jumped in and sped off.

GREENSBORO, N.C. Greensboro Police continue to search for two men who stole a car with a baby inside over the weekend.
It sparked an Amber Alert early Saturday until someone found one-year-old Josea Petty safe and unharmed.
Two 911 calls were separated by several hours but made just a few streets apart.
The first came from a Valero gas station on South Elm-Eugene Street when a man realized his car and his son were gone. Somebody just hopped in my car and took off, the father told a 911 operator.

GREENSBORO, North Carolina (WLOS) A mother is holding onto her baby even tighter today after he was stolen at a gas station in Greensboro.
According to Greensboro police, the incident happened early Saturday morning at the Valero gas station on 2715 South Elm-Eugene Street in Greensboro.
Police say the father, Jamal Petty, was driving a dark gray 2018 Kia Sorento around 12:15 a.m. at the gas station when the car was stolen with 14-month-old Josea Petty in the back seat.
