Less than 300 days after Costa Rica confirmed its first case of COVID-19, the country on Thursday morning began vaccinating citizens and residents against the disease. Elizabeth Castillo, 91, and Jorge De Ford, 72, became the first two people to receive the coronavirus vaccine.
