Second meeting will be on Thursday 3/18.Posted by City of Springfield, MA - Office of Communications on Monday, March 15, 2021 SPRINGFIELD The city, having recently launched a second phase in its efforts to bring more marijuana businesses to Springfield, heard a variety of proposals this week. Nine companies made 15-minute presentations to a city review board and the public during a remote meeting on Monday, with another nine scheduled to make presentations Thursday. Those 18 companies and others are all potential applicants for marijuana licenses and permits in Springfield. The deadline for proposals is Monday at 2 p.m. at the Office of Procurement at City Hall.
