COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Sturgis man was ordered to serve between two and five years in the Michigan Department of Corrections on Monday in Branch County Circuit Court after he entered a no contest plea to an amended charge of attempted second degree criminal sexual conduct. 46-year-old Jonathan Zuck was given credit for 306 days already served. He entered the plea as part of a plea agreement with prosecutors. The original charge of second degree criminal sexual conduct as well as an habitual offender sentencing enhancer were dismissed by prosecutors in exchange for the plea. Zuck was charged last June following a Michigan State Police investigation into an incident involving a young girl which took place in August of 2019 in Butler Township. ....
