He says that his brother, orville ricky brown, hasnt been charged with any criminal wrongdoings, and if he were to be, it would have happened a long time ago. Brown was driving 9 nurses to a hotel in foster city who were celebrating the marriage when the back of the limo caught fire. Fauhas was one of the five women who died.
