Investigators determined mr. Brown was not on his phone at the time of this tragedy. Reporter investigators also revealed that the fire was accidental, caused by an unforeseeable failure in the suspension system. The heat and possible sparks generated from the friction between the rotating drive shaft and the floor pan ignited the materials covering the floorboard.
