The cheque was handed over today by Prasanna Kumar Motupalli, Chairman and Managing Director of NLC India, to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin, at the Tamil Nadu Government Secretariat. The event was also attended by the Chief Secretary Shiv Das Meena.
