The 9ers say the number of exit lanes for major parking lots is being expanded and traffic may be diverted into opposite lanes to speed connections to the freeway. But its not just the team making adjustments. We didnt know what to expect. And a lot of riders didnt know what to expect. It was a learning curve. Reporter the vta which transports about 9,000 fans per game is finetuning service. New fences run near the stadium to discourage people from crossing lines on foot. Last year trains had to wait for jaywalkers. Riders are urged to plan ahead to avoid congestion.
