I tend to want to focus in on im someone that has passed legislation at local and state levels so thats what i know, and i know when you pass laws can issue it changes peoples behavior. And so sure, if you have a national movement, helps you to pass the law so a chicken or egg thing. I think that if youre smart and youre strategic and you find that policy proposals that you can build support around, and then that thing becomes a stepping stone to the next thing, thats the way its going to be most eeffective, but it does take time, and if we want quick fixes, i dont have any answers. We have gotten into this mess over the last 2530 years, and its going to probably take that lon ....
