And that included both policies ed through the creation of a new refundable Child Tax Credit for the first time, and a major expansion hoff the earned income tax credit, which has lifted millions of American Families out of poverty. It worked. Because we listened to one another. Respected one another. And we wanted to come to an agreement. It was clear, obvious. And there it was, 320. Unbelievable but it happened. Is that possible these days . My answer is, yes. And i believe that we can see that the spirit again, as we address the future of the bipartisan Childrens Health Insurance Program shift, thats the way its known. It cu
