Rapids after this semi was blown from one side of the highway to another. Crews eventually got one lane of traffic flowing again northbound until they could remove the trailer from the road. A short time later, there was this crash along highway 151 near anamosa. Again, strong winds knocked over the trailer, taking the semi with it.
