Individuals. A number of postal truck break ins san jose jumped from 5 last year to 16 so far this year. Many of the crimes happened within a onemile radius of this station near st. James park downtown. The thieves are breaking into the back of locked trucks while the carrier is out delivering mail. Its surprising. I mean maybe it needs security to follow them around.
