Flooding concern over Surfleet flats plan | Updated: 15:20, 17 February 2021 Planners have held off making a decision on a bid to convert a pub into flats over flooding concerns. Members of South Holland District Councilâs Planning Committee deferred N Bondâs application to create seven flats at the Riverside Hotel in Surfleet.
